Visa Application

Please note that we do not process visa applications for participants, however, we will provide letters of invitation and needed camp related supporting documents for all participants.

Turkish Visa

Please visit the turkish embassy website for visa processing:

You may need - 

• Completed Visa Application Form, signed by the applicant

• Two passport-sized photograph

• A valid Passport – copy of the bio-data page to be submitted in the first instance. 

• Flight itinerary; and proof of sufficient funds to cover the visit

• Supporting documents (see information below)

Supporting documents, as appropriate:

transit visa, if applicable

Current bank statements (School or Parents)

 An Introductory letter from school and an identification card where necessary

Letter of introduction for accompanying staff/parent from employer

 If self-employed, evidence of business, i.e. registration documents and bank statements

Kindly indicate when the applicant is unemployed or retired (For chaperones only)

For all participants: 

• a birth certificate 

• letter of consent from parents

    Proof of address (rental receipt, utility bill)

Visa Clause: 

Visa issuance is at the discretion of the embassy. Participants are to submit all required documents and follow all protocols for visa issuance stipulated by the visa agency.

Note: 

Schools, Groups and Parents are responsible for other costs relating to travel including; International Passport, Air tickets, Transit Visa (where applicable), COVID-19 Tests, Pocket Money and Medical Insurance.

US Visa

Please visit the US embassy website for visa processing if you require a visa to the US:
